When does my order ship

• We usually process orders within 1-2 business days except PREORDER items.
• Within US, expect to receive within 2-3 business days after it ships.
• Outside US, expect to receive within 3-21 business days depending on the shipping method you pick at checkout 
• USPS first class package is within 6-10 business days but shipping takes longer to be delivered for some Africa countries.
• DHL 3-7 business days (worldwide)
• UPS Expedited (3-5 business days)
• UPS Standard (5-10 business days)

However, these are estimated shipping, items could be delivered earlier or later 

How do I know my order went through?

After an order is placed correctly, an order confirmation with order number would be sent to the email provided, so pls make sure you provide a correct email address

When do I know my order has shipped?

An email notification containing tracking would be sent to your email. Pls always track your package.
